This kit will contain all the information you need to help manage your booth successfully at The Mane Event! In the meantime, below you will find important information and links in preparation for the expo.
Exhibitor Wristbands (Grants Exhibitor Entrance to Expo)
Wristbands MUST BE WORN at all times by exhibitors at the expo. Only wristbands provide admission into the expo as well as identifies you as an exhibitor to staff and security. Commercial exhibitors will receive a number (dependent on booth size) of complimentary exhibitor wristbands upon check-in during move-in: two for each 5’ x 10’ space, four for each 10’ x 10’ space, and six for each 10’ x 20’ space or larger. Non-Profit/ Association exhibitors will receive either 10 single day passes or 4 weekend passes, depending on what was selected on the booth application, which will be sent a few weeks before the expo to the email provided on the booth application. It is your responsibility to distribute the wristbands to your workers and to have them on upon arrival to work Friday morning. The wristbands are designed to last the entire weekend, replacements will not be issued to exhibitors who lose or destroy their wristbands, instead, you will be required to purchase an admission wristband. Company Name Badges (Courtesy Credential)
Badges will be included in the exhibitor’s package upon check in. The Mane Event will provide you with a specific number of badges based on the size of your exhibit space – two for each 5’ x 10’ space, four for each 10’ x 10’ space, and six for each 10’ x 20’ space or larger. Please let us know in advance if you require more. They will include your company name. The badges do not serve as credentials for admission to The Mane Event; they serve only as a means of identifying exhibitors on the trade show floor.
Furniture & Equipment Rentals/ Booth Decoration Services
Show In Motion show services is proud to have been named the “Official Show Decorator” for the Chilliwack Mane Event. They offer a full range of equipment rentals and services to assist you in exhibiting at the show. Please refer to the Show Decorator Kit for complete list of equipment available for rent. You may also bring in your own furniture and accessories. Show In Motion will be available during move in/ out times and for limited hours during the expo. Please be sure to check the deadline date for discounted pre-order pricing in the Show Decorator Kit, after the deadline you will pay on-site pricing. All furniture and equipment is to be ordered and paid for through Show In Motion show services. See below in “Useful Exhibitor Links & Forms” for the Show Decorator Kit.
**New since Sept 2017** Heritage Park now provides various Wi-Fi options for exhibitors. Please see below in “Useful Exhibitor Links & Forms” for rates and set up instructions.
The exhibitor is responsible for the cost of shipping their merchandise and/or display materials to the expo, as well as returning any unsold products and/or display materials to their home location. All shipments must arrive between Tuesday, October 16th and Thursday, October 18th, 2018. Mane Event staff will be on-site to accept shipments starting on the Tuesday before the show. Please print and use shipping labels provided below or follow the format for ease of delivery.
Please arrange any return shipments through Show In Motion Show Services or through your shipping provider. No Mane Event staff is on-site on the Monday following the expo so please ensure that you have completed all the necessary documentation, as The Mane Event will not be responsible for shipments delayed due to incomplete documentation.

We are seeking industry experts to present EQUINE related topics that meet the current interests and needs of horse enthusiasts of all breeds and disciplines. Early Renewal Booth Discount For Renewing Exhibitors
Returning exhibitors will be given the opportunity to renew their booth space or apply for new booth locations before available spaces within the trade show are made available to new exhibitors! Any booth NOT renewed by February 1, 2018 will be made available to new exhibitors. In addition, returning Commercial exhibitors who take advantage of the early renewal program will receive $50 off per 10′ x 10′ booked! (Not applicable for Non-Profit or Association exhibitors). Please note, payment must be received by the early renewal deadline for discount to be applied.
