  • Saturday, October 20, 2018 - 9:00am to 8:00pm
  • Sunday, October 21, 2018 - 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • SET-UP Hours

  • Tuesday, October 16, 2018 - 9:00am to 8:00pm
  • Wednesday, October 17, 2018 - 9:00am to 8:00pm
  • Thursday, October 18, 2018 - 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • SUPPLIED WITH YOUR BOOTH - The Mane Event provides 750 watts of electricity per 10x10 booth. The exhibitor is responsible for supplying all other items for their booth, including extension cords. Tables, chairs, carpet, etc. can be rented from Show In Motion Services.

    CHECK IN - Please check in at the Show Office when you arrive at the Center. Your exhibitor packages can be picked up at this time. Wristbands will be provided and must be worn for the entire show and for re-entry into the building.

    SHIPPING - Shipments must NOT be delivered before October 16th, 2018. Any shipment sent to The Mane Event before October 16th will be refused by Chilliwack Heritage Park. The Mane Event or Chilliwack Heritage Park will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please see "Exhibitor Information" page for shipping labels.

    WIFI ACCESS - Wifi is available for purchase through Heritage Park.

    RESTOCKING YOUR BOOTH - Restocking of booths must be done between the hours of 7:00am and 8:30am or 8:00pm and 8:30pm

  • Note: Any exhibitor that moves anything out before 5:01 pm will not be invited back for future Mane Event Expos.
